1. Services

MC United Solutions LLC provides HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, inspections, and related property maintenance services. All work is performed based on the approved estimate or written agreement.

2. Estimates

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection. If additional issues are discovered after work begins, we will notify the customer before performing any additional work that may affect the total cost.

3. Payment Terms

\t●\tProjects totaling more than $1,000 require a 50% deposit before work begins.

\t●\tThe remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

\t●\tFailure to make timely payment may result in additional collection costs or legal action as permitted by law.

4. Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or customer scheduling conflicts may require rescheduling.

5. Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service or trip charge where permitted by law.

6. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply only to products covered by the manufacturer. Labor warranties, if offered, are provided only as stated on the customer’s invoice or written agreement.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, power surges, weather events, flooding, fire, pests, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

MC United Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

\t●\tProvide accurate information regarding the requested services.

\t●\tMaintain a safe working environment.

\t●\tRemove pets or hazards from the work area.

\t●\tEnsure utilities are available when required for service.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, photographs, documents, and content provided by MC United Solutions LLC remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

MC United Solutions LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting.
